This Month's Time and Topic

Gardening for a Changing Climate -  Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00-3:30pm at Orange County Public Library's Main Library in Hillsborough located at 137 West Margaret Lane, Hillsborough, NC 27278.

Our weather is changing as evidenced in our planting zone change from 7b to 8a. This has many implications for the health of our plants and ecosystem. As gardeners there are some things we can do and choices we can make to adjust to the changes. This talk will provide practical suggestions as well as food for thought for adapting to a changing environment.
