The Tuesday Evening Book Club is a Community Member-Led book club which meets the on 2nd Tuesdays of the month at 6:30pm at Main Library in Hillsborough. The club discusses a wide variety of popular and interesting books in a light atmosphere.

Children currently in Kindergarten through 5th grade 

are invited to Southern Branch library to learn about the Chinese Zodiac and make a finger knitting loom for a “snake” yarn project!

For a 25 minute program to support early literacy with stories, songs, and movement for toddlers-preschoolers with their caregivers!

Celebrate the blooming flowers of May with a flower-themed craft day. Kids in grades K through 5 and their families can make paper flowers or even a "flower pot" using cups. We will read a book with a flower-related story or poem.

Financial Fitness occurs on the Fourth Thursdays of the month from 11am-12:30pm at Main Library in Hillsborough located at 137 West Margaret Lane, Hillsborough, NC 27278. Registration is preferred.

We will encourage creativity and strategic thinking by having children create their own board games. We will provide markers, paper, dice, and game pieces, and help them design their rules, themes, and game boards.
