Program Description

Event Details

Queer Books + Snacks is a book club for teens to come and talk about books they’re reading that are written by or about people in LGBTQ+ communities. This book club is open to everyone in middle & high school and is a parent-free event. Participants can discuss fiction, nonfiction, biographies, or comics that they’ve read in physical, ebook, or audiobook format. You don’t need to have the book with you in order to talk about it.

 

Libros Queer + Refrigerios del Club de Lectura para Adolescentes
Queer Books + Refrigerios es un club de lectura para que los adolescentes vengan y hablen sobre los libros que están leyendo y que están escritos por o sobre personas de las comunidades LGBTQ+ (lesbiana, gay, bisexual, transgénero y queer). Este club de lectura está abierto a todos en la escuela intermedia y secundaria y es un evento libre de padres. Los participantes pueden discutir ficción, no ficción, biografías o cómics que hayan leído en formato físico, libro electrónico o audiolibro. No es necesario tener el libro con usted para hablar de ello. (En inglés)
