The UNC Carolina Neuroscience Club is excited to bring the Future Neuroscientists Program to the Orange County Library! As college students studying neuroscience and psychology, our goal is to ignite curiosity and enthusiasm for these fields in young minds through engaging, hands-on activities.
Kids in Grades K-5 and their families will have the opportunity to construct their own neuron models using candy and craft "brain hats" out of paper, illustrating the different lobes of the brain, their locations, and their functions.
We hope to see you for a fun-filled afternoon of learning and discovery!
