Join us for the launch of our Summer Reading Program with the roaring theme, "Unearth New Adventures"!

All ages: Celebrate the start of Summer Reading! 

Visit the library for fun activities all day and “Unearth a Story” as we embark on an 8 week reading adventure!

Children from walkers to age 5 and their caregivers are invited to participate in a 25-minute interactive program that incorporates age-appropriate books, rhymes, music, and movement.

Get messy and creative at Teen Finger Painting! Ditch the brushes and use your hands to create bold, colorful works of art.

Calling all curious kids! The Curiosity Crew is a program where Kindergarten–2nd graders can build, create, and discover through fun projects in art, science, and beyond.

Make your own “insect in amber” using soap and a plastic bug! Kids will create a cool, fossil-like keepsake while learning a little about how real amber forms. A fun and easy mix of science and crafting!

WonderKids is an exciting and engaging program designed to spark curiosity in older preschoolers through interactive, hands-on activities that explore the wonders of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics.

Calling all curious kids! The Curiosity Crew is a program where Kindergarten–2nd graders can build, create, and discover through fun projects in art, science, and beyond. This week the Curiosity Crew will build and create with LEGO bricks.

Create something beautiful with nature at our Dried Flower Suncatcher program! Use pressed flowers and simple materials to design your own unique, light-catching artwork. Hang it in a window and watch the colors shine.

Crack secret codes and solve dinosaur puzzles in this fun, hands-on program.

This program is designed for children in grades 3 to 5 and registration is not required.

Teens (and their parents/guardians) are invited to meet live animals and learn about them in this interactive program!
