Celebrate Take Your Child to the Library Day, a national event that highlights the magic of libraries and all they have to offer for families! 

Join us for a morning of fun at the library! 

  • Touch-a-truck experience from 9:00 - 10:00 AM in our adjoining parking area, 
  • Magic Show at 10:15 AM by magician Dana Hill, 
  • creative crafts, 
  • Therapy dogs to help you practice your reading, 
  • and engaging activities the whole family will enjoy. 

Throughout the morning we will have book readings by special community guests!

It's the perfect opportunity to explore the library, meet your children's librarians, and discover why every day is a great day to visit your library!

Seating for the magic show will begin at 10:00 AM and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Seating is limited, so we encourage families to arrive early. Once the meeting room reaches capacity, no additional attendees will be admitted.
