Join Aimee Vandemark, ANFT Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, for a guided, experiential program that will deepen your relationship with and help you tune into the healing power of nature. Aimee will introduce you to the longstanding practice of Shinrin-yoku, literally translated to "Forest Bathing," and encourage you to remember that we are not separate from nature, we ARE nature.
