Big losses in life inevitably cause us to lose our footing, whether the loss comes from the death of a loved one, the closing of a door on a long-cherished dream, or the flooding of your community. This presentation will introduce you to various forms of grief, the impact it has mentally / physically / emotionally / spiritually, and tools that can help you navigate loss.

AnnE O'Neil, LCSW, is a psychotherapist in private practice who often works with people in grief. Having worked in this arena for over a decade, AnnE has supported hundreds of grievers with losses of all sorts. She is a believer that, while heart-wrenching, grief is also one of life's greatest opportunities for transformation. Her book, If You Want the Rainbow, Welcome the Rain: A Memoir of Grief and Recovery, shares her personal journey with grief. More can be learned at www.yoursoulpath.com
