Find information about the country's newest federal holiday on our bilingual "Juneteenth Is..." floating display on the top floor of the Main Library in Hillsborough. The display is part of Orange County Public Library's Black Literature & Arts Celebration (BLAC), an annual celebration that takes place during the week leading up to Juneteenth.
