Program Description

Event Details

Executive Function 101 is an engaging, strengths-based introduction to the cognitive skills that shape how adults plan, focus, prioritize, and follow through in everyday life. Presented by Kate Sage of Sage EF Coaching, the workshop explores how executive functioning develops and why stress can make these skills harder to access, especially for neurodivergent adults and those with ADHD. Through relatable examples, practical tools, and reflective prompts, this presentation reframes common frustrations like procrastination and overwhelm as rational human responses rather than personal failures. Attendees will leave with deeper self-knowledge, greater self-compassion, and actionable strategies they can use to reduce friction and work more effectively with their brains.

Registration for this event is encouraged but not required.
