Program Description

Event Details

Celebrate Native American Heritage Month by making art using Indigenous-made, paint-by-number style designs and watercolor paints handmade by an Indigenous family. Take your art home to frame or use materials we'll provide to turn your art into a greeting card for someone special. For adults. Teens are also welcome. Registration is preferred.

We'll be using materials and art from:

Beam Paints - An Anishnaabe Kwe-Owned, multigenerational company in M'Chigeeng, Ontario which makes fresh paints by hand weekly;

Ojibwe Digital Artist, Emjee, whose art is sold by Turtle Island Supply Company based in Ontario; and

Anishinaabe artist, Niibidoon, from Minnesota whose art is sold at her shops on Redbubble and Etsy
