Event Details

"Vortex of Color" is an interactive visual program that demonstrates the fascinating effect of color blending and the persistence of vision.  The program allows users to control the spin speed, customize the color palette, and explore the optical phenomenon that occurs when colors merge, offering a unique way to learn about color theory and visual perception.

This program is designed for children in grades 3 through 5 and registration is not required.

While the library's family programs are open to all ages, other programs in youth services are designed for a specific age or grade range. Establishing age and grade ranges allows us to plan programs that are appropriate for each range of child development, maintain quality in our programming, and promote fairness to all. Caregivers Remain at the Library

Children will participate in this program independently from their caregivers, however, if a child is under the age of 10 the caregiver will need to remain inside the library for the duration of the program.
