Yarn Together with Acorn Acres

Get together with other fibercrafters over light refreshment to knit or crochet a hat for a child in our community! Acorn Acres Community Crafting is a local organization which creates and distributes community-made hats, gloves, and more to school children in our community. The organization’s founder will be on hand to help new fibercrafters get started, and the library has fibercrafting supplies for people to borrow. Registration is encouraged but not required.

This event kicks off Acorn Acres' yearly hat drive at Main Library in Hillsborough which runs from September 19th, 2024 through the end of the year.
