Join death doula Regan Wendell for tea and casual conversation about death, dying, grief, and living fully in the present knowing that our lives are temporary. This group is an open discussion, and the focus will come from whatever is present in everyone's hearts and minds. Conversations could range from practical to philosophical or spiritual: it depends who shows up and what is stirring in everyone's collective energy.

Registration is optional, but feel free to register if you'd like to be sent a reminder of the program date/time.

What you can expect:

  • Time to settle in and ground as a group.
  • Reading the suggestions for group harmony together.
  • Brief introductions followed by group discussion.
  • A death positive space where no topic is taboo, and both tears and laughter are equally welcome.
  • Herbal tea to sooth the heart and mind!
