The College Workshop Series is led by Anna Zirkel. A former academic advisor at UNC-Chapel Hill and New York University, Anna now runs her own business, Admissions Wayfinder, where she helps guide families through the college admissions process.

November's session is How to Prepare for College Before Your Senior Year. Topics to be addressed will include:

  • What classes college bound students should be taking
  • How to make extracurricular activities stand out from the crowd
  • How choices today can save you money in the future
  • Why building relationships with teachers early on is important
  • Why college visits shouldn't wait until senior year
  • The future of the SAT and ACT

Students and parents grades 8-11 encouraged to attend.
