Program Description
Event Details
Join us to learn about North Carolina artist Romare Bearden. Bearden used painting, music, and collage to explore ideas of spirituality, culture, and Black identity. We will create our own collages using recycled materials. We'll be meeting in the Century Center in activity room 2-3. This program is appropriate for children in grades 3 - 5. Registration is required.

Caregivers Remain at the Library
Children will participate in this program independently from their caregivers, however, if a child is under the age of 10 the caregiver will need to remain inside the library for the duration of the program.
