Celebrate Juneteenth with BLAC Fest, Orange County Public Library's Black Literature, Arts, & Culture Festival! BLAC Fest features a series of events and activities leading up to Juneteenth including food, games, book discussions, film, history and more. A list of events and activities will be posted shortly.
