 nimals and learn about them in this interactive program!About Wild Tails N
 C:Wild Tails NC is a nonprofit that brings wildlife education to life with
  amazing rescued exotic animals! From snakes to wallabies, their animal am
 bassadors help teach the importance of protecting wild creatures and their
  habitats. With tons of energy and fascinating facts, Wild Tails makes lea
 rning about nature wildly fun for curious kids, teens, and families alike.
 Join us to meet real live animals and learn amazing information about them
 ! REGISTRATION REQUIRED.  This event is for teens who have already comp
 leted 6th - 12th grade and their parents/guardians. Teens may also attend 
 unaccompanied. Please register each person who plans on attending this eve
 nt, teens and adults. Adults, you will have to select a grade to register 
 yourselves, you can put '12th'. Younger patrons and siblings ar
 e not permitted to attend this event. This event requires parents/guardia
 ns to submit a liability waiver, due to live animals being present. The wa
 iver can be downloaded from the link on this page. This waiver can be subm
 itted the day of the program or in advance. Those without a signed waiver 
 will not be allowed to attend the program.  These programs are designed 
 for patrons who have already completed 6th - 12th grade. Rising 6th grader
 s may join teen programming after September 1, 2026.The Summer Reading Pr
 ogram is generously funded by the Friends of the Library, whose support he
 lps make our programs possible.
