Join the Orange County Public Library for Sip and Spell, a library-themed spelling bee for adults held at The Rookery in downtown Hillsborough. Enjoy some weeknight F-U-N as we compete to spell a wide range of classic stumpers, author names, and a few championship-level words for our finalists. Compete for prizes, test your skills for fun, or come enjoy a beverage and cheer on your friends! Registration is suggested if you'd like to guarantee your spot in the competition!
When: Thursday, May 7th at 7:00 PM
Where: The Rookery, 115 W Margaret Ln, Hillsborough, NC 27278 (right beside the Main Library in Hillsborough!)
Audience: Adults only
