Eno River Poetry Festival

Eno River Poetry Festival | Saturday, August 5th, 1-8 PM | For All Ages |

Whether you are a seasoned lover of poetry or need an introduction to the wonders of poetics, please join us for the first Eno River Poetry Festival, hosted by Hillsborough poet Morrow Dowdle. Emerging and established poets and spoken word artists (to be announced) from around the Triangle will perform original work from 1-3:15 p.m. and 5:45-8 p.m. with a community open mic in between.  Dinner will be available at the evening reading.  This event is in-person only.  No registration is required, and admission is FREE. 

NOTE: The library will close its doors at 6pm as usual. Attendees wishing to be present for the evening portion of the festival should plan to be inside the meeting room by that time.
