Kindergartners through 5th graders
are invited to join Aneesah Abdur-Razzaq, Certified Yoga Nidra Facilitator, for a relaxing slow-flow yoga experience! Dress for comfort and bring water. Mats will be available for those who need one and you are also welcome to bring your own.
Yoga nidra is a guided meditation technique that can help reduce stress and improve sleep. Learn healthy sleep preparation practices with a relaxing hour of quiet yoga nidra at the library.
