In collaboration with BLAC Fest, explore Nigeria with Global Books & Entertainment.
Throughout June, read books or watch movies and shows by Nigerian creators, then meet to chat about what you learned and make a craft together on June 21 from 2 to 4pm. The craft will be tie-dying napkins in the Nigerian adire oniko style.
You can download a list of some book and movie options in our collection, but you’re welcome to read/watch your own choices.
If you don’t have one from last month’s program, we’ll issue you a “passport” and if you’re stamped for attending Global Books & Entertainment three times, you’ll be entered to win snacks from some of the countries we visited!
